Is there a minimum order?
Currently there is a minimum order policy of £100 + Vat for new customers. There is no minimum order for existing customers.

How much is postage and packaging?
There is no carriage charge for orders over £300 + Vat for customers in Mainland Britain.
For orders under £300+Vat the charge is £7.50 + Vat.
For orders to be delivered outside of Mainland Britain carriage will be charged at cost.

How do I order?
You can order in the following ways:

  1. By phoning our office on 01590 670 227
  2. By emailing us at sales@onastring.co.uk or by post to: On A String Ltd, Suite C, 91/92 High St, Lymington, SO41 9AP.
  3. By arranging a visit to your shop by one of our sale agents. Call 01590 670 227 to arrange the visit.
  4. By visiting our stand at one of the many trade shows we attend each year

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by the following ways:

  1. By sending a cheque payable to "On A String Ltd", Suite C, 91/92 High St, Lymington, SO41 9AP.
  2. By BACS or T/T transfer to our bank account (details will be given on our invoice)

What are the payment terms?
For new customers the first two payments must be made in advance following receipt of our proforma invoice.
For existing customers 30 days credit will be allowed on all orders.
A 2.5% discount will be given to existing customers if they opt to pay by proforma.

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged or the order is incorrect or incomplete?
Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the order by telephone (01590 670 227) or email  sales@onastring.co.uk  and we will dispatch replacements or, if preferred, issue a credit note
